What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and select local payment options depending on your region.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it enters processing immediately. For this reason, modifications or cancellations are not always possible. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the price?
All product prices exclude customs duties and import taxes. These may be collected upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

How long does delivery take?
International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL.
- Standard shipping: estimated 3–5 business days
- Express option: estimated 1–3 business days (additional cost)
How much is the shipping fee?
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over $200
- $30 flat rate for orders under $200
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
 All shipments can be tracked directly on the FedEx or DHL website using the tracking number provided.
Where do you ship from?
All international orders are shipped directly from our headquarters in Seoul.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.Please note: Items discounted by 25% or more are consideredFinal Saleand are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchangesat this time. Please return the item and place a new order.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team atumum@umnewyork.com for instructions.For international orders, please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable by UMUM. Returns that do not meet our requirementsmay not be accepted and could be returned to the customer at their expense.Ifcustoms duties are refused upon delivery, refunds will only be processed once the product has been returned to us.Refunds are typically processed within 4–7 business days once received at our warehouse.

Product & Care
What packaging does my order come with?
Your UMUM bag is accompanied by a signature dust bag, authenticity card, and product tag.Each order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
How do I care for my feather bag?
Each UMUM piece iscrafted from premium materials. In general, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, water, and oils. Feather Leatherâ„¢ (cowhide) can be gently cleaned with a small amount of body lotion to remove light stains. Some 100% fabric styles are water-washable; please refer to the individual product page for detailed care instructions.
